The outstanding statue of "Somdet Phra Buddhacarya (To Brahmaramsi)" of Wat Rakang Kositaram or Thai people called "Somdet To". 
He is the legendary monk who originally made the most expensive & well known Phra Somdej of Thailand which has been praised to be the emperor of amulet.

For the reason why this "Somdet To" has 4 hands is that one day Phra Arjarn O got the omen about him. 
.In the omen, he saw "Somdet To" made a meditation with 4 hands as a dharma puzzle to teach their disciples before he pass away.
The meaning of that dharma puzzle is very interesting.

1st fisting hand means "Any Action Is Done With A Negative Result Later Is Bad Karma Comes With Suffering."

2nd fisting hand means "Any Action Is Done With A Positive Result Later Is Good Karma Comes With Praising."

3rd fisting hand means "Any Action Is Done With Concentration, Wisdom, & Mindfulness That Light The Way Of Nirvana Is The Great Karma Beyonds Good Karma."
Somdet To’s Blessing Holy Water.
Interestingly, the prayer can soak this amulet in the water and then place jasmine flower on the top before use that holy water for bathing or drinking, this special method will make a wish come true faster.
